We now have 80 pastors!  4 generations of leaders mentoring leaders mentoring leaders!  These are the true heroes, evangelists, preachers, laborers, mentors, and friends of CMI.  These men and women have found Jesus and have been brought up through the ministry under the leadership of Randy Coates.  They seek out new areas to reach, they start the work and continue the mission of bringing the Gospel to the people of Turkana.  They oversea churches that have been established and oversea young pastors moving up in leadership.  Over the years CMI has been able to provide the pastors with motorcycles so they can travel from village to village easier.
